By connecting your account and using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to operate the App and to provide advertising management functionality. This may include:

Account and profile information - your name, email address, and profile identifiers provided by the connected platform when you authorize the App.
Advertising account data - ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, budgets, and associated identifiers that you grant the App permission to access.
Performance and analytics data - impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and other advertising metrics used to report on and optimize your campaigns.
Business assets - Pages, Instagram accounts, pixels, and catalogs that you connect for the purpose of running advertising.
Technical data - access tokens and log data required to maintain a secure connection to the connected platform's APIs.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not access personal content beyond what is required to manage advertising on your behalf.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

Authenticate you and maintain a secure connection to your advertising accounts;
Create, edit, publish, pause, and manage advertising campaigns at your direction;
Retrieve and display performance metrics and reporting;
Optimize and improve the delivery of your advertising campaigns;
Provide technical support and maintain the reliability and security of the App.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to providing the App's functionality to you.

3. Meta Platform Data

The App uses the Meta Marketing API and related Meta platform products. Our access to and use of information obtained through Meta platforms complies with the applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access Meta data only through official APIs, only with the permissions you explicitly grant, and only to provide the advertising management features described in this policy.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

With the connected platforms (such as Meta) as required to perform the actions you request through the App;
With service providers that host our infrastructure, strictly to operate the App and under confidentiality obligations;
When required by law, such as to comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or governmental request.

5. Data Storage and Security

We store data on secured servers and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access tokens are stored securely and are used only to communicate with authorized platform APIs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App's services or as required by applicable law. When data is no longer needed, or when you disconnect the App or request deletion, we remove it from our active systems.

7. Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your data

You may request the deletion of all data associated with your account at any time. To do so:

Remove the App from your account settings on the connected platform (for Meta: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations), which revokes the App's access; and/or
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete the associated data from our systems within 30 days and confirm completion.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The App's website may use essential cookies required for authentication and basic functionality. We do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites for advertising purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. International Users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to those locations, subject to appropriate safeguards.
